We advise Singapore companies and foreign multinationals in areas such as corporate restructuring, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, cross-border transactions, permanent establishment issues, development and implementation of transfer pricing policy, tax audit, etc.
We also liaise with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) to handle tax queries as well as with other government agencies of Singapore on the grants and tax incentive applications.
As a GST specialist, we offer to help our clients with GST compliance and advisory services such as GST registration, preparation and filing of GST returns, Assisted Self-help Kit (ASK) reviews and ad-hoc GST advice. We aim to provide efficient GST compliance and risk management approaches.
